1) Acceptance of Terms

By using CreatorBoost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

3) Use of the App

• The App is provided for managing projects, generating content, and creative assistance.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
• All content and data you create remain on your device and under your control.

4) Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to CreatorBoost (source code, design, logos, trademarks) belong to the developer. Users retain full ownership of the content they create within the App.

5) No Data Collection

CreatorBoost does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to servers. All processing occurs on your device.

6) Limitation of Liability

CreatorBoost is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data loss, software errors, or damages resulting from use of the App. Users are responsible for backing up their own data on their devices.

7) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. Updated versions will take effect once published within the App.
