Privacy Policy — CreatorBoost

1) Scope & Commitment

This policy applies to the CreatorBoost app on mobile and/or desktop. Our goal is to protect your privacy by following Privacy by Design and Local-first principles: local processing, minimal data use, and zero user data collection.

2) No Data Collection

• CreatorBoost does not create accounts or require email/login.
• CreatorBoost does not send your content, images, videos, voice, text, or metadata to any server.
• CreatorBoost does not use analytics, ads, or cross-tracking.

3) On-Device Processing

All operations—such as creating projects, managing tasks, editing images/thumbnails, converting voice to text (if enabled), and using on-device AI tools—are processed directly on your device. Data is stored in your device’s local storage, fully under your control.

Note: If in the future we introduce optional cloud sync, we will first request your explicit consent and update this policy accordingly.

4) Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use, CreatorBoost may request the following permissions:

• Camera / Photos: for capturing or selecting images as thumbnails. Processing happens locally.
• Microphone: for recording audio and converting voice to text (if enabled). Processing happens locally.
• Local Storage: to save projects, tasks, images/thumbnails directly on your device.
• Notifications: to remind you of schedules or tasks (handled locally).

You may deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some features may not function if permissions are disabled.

5) Cookies, SDKs & Tracking

• CreatorBoost does not use tracking cookies, analytics SDKs, or similar tracking technologies.
• If a web version is provided in the future, we will comply by not setting non-essential cookies.

6) No Third-Party Sharing

CreatorBoost does not sell, share, or transfer user data to any third party.

7) Storage & Retention

Since CreatorBoost does not collect data, we do not retain user data on servers. All content (if any) is stored on your device; you can back up/restore it using your operating system tools or your own solutions.

8) Security & User Responsibility

• Since data remains on your device, please enable screen locks, biometrics, and other system protections.
• Avoid granting unnecessary permissions to other apps/extensions.
• Keep your operating system and CreatorBoost updated to the latest version for security patches.

9) Children’s Privacy

CreatorBoost is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age allowed by local law). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10) Policy Changes

If the data model changes (e.g., introducing optional cloud sync), we will update this policy and, if required, obtain your consent.
